Remuneration Package Design

Finding good people to fill senior roles in an organisation can be difficult, and attracting the right people means that the right remuneration or employee benefit package has to be provided. The right package has to be good for the employer as well as the employee and that means that sometimes the package can be quite complex.

This means that an employer can provide insurance benefits cheaper than the employee could themsleves. This way employees receive something worth more than it costs the employer provide. In some cases because of existing health problems employees are effectively uninsurable on anything other than group terms. I such cases  the benefits that the employee and his or her family recieve are priceless.
